Former Dallas Cowboys player Deion Sanders was awarded temporary custody of his and estranged wife Pilar Sanders’ children after the couple got into a physical altercation last month. The two, who filed for divorce in December, were allegedly fighting over custody of their children.

Pilar claims that she was injured by her husband in the fight, but a judge ruled that she sustained those injuries while Deion was trying to protect himself against her assault. She has been ordered to stay 500 yards away from his home.

Both Deion and Pilar were charged with misdemeanor simple assault for the altercation, which led to them seeking protective orders against each other.

A mother and her daughter were cited after a child custody dispute occurred at the daughter’s ex-boyfriend’s house.

According to authorities, the mother and daughter were both cited for harassment after going over to the ex-boyfriend’s house and allegedly kicking and choking the mother of the ex-boyfriend.

The police were then called a second time because the daughter and mother refused to leave. Police then cited them with disturbance. The two women were then caught yelling and cussing at the man’s house and were charged with harassment again.
