A 29-year-old man from Houston, Texas was pulled over last week and charged with driving recklessly.

The man was driving down Route 293 at 2:30 in the morning. He was driving at a speed of 92 miles per hour, which was significantly higher than the road’s 55 mile per hour speed limit. The officer attempted to give the man a breathalyzer, but he refused. 

The man was charged with reckless driving, speeding, and the unlicensed operation of a vehicle.
